Who can apply to OnAlti Summer Academy?

OnAlti Summer Academy is a music course for classically trained musicians who are aiming to improve his/her instrument skills, at the same time as having a great time, making friends, and expanding their network. The course is offered to young musicians and/or students from all over the globe!

It is mandatory that students are (minimum) 16 years old by the time they apply to OnAlti Summer Academy.

Which instruments will OASA24 include?

In the next edition of OnAlti Summer Academy there will be a course for Winds (masterclasses for flute/piccolo, oboe/english horn and clarinet/bass clarinet) and String (masterclasses for violin).

The faculty for this edition will be:

  • Flute: Kersten McCall, Julie Moulin and Vincent -Cortvrint.

  • Oboe: Ivan Podyomov, Alexander Krimer and Miriam Pastor Burgos.

  • Clarinet: Arno Piters, Bruno Bonansea and Davide Lattuada (bass clarinet).

  • Violin: Wiesje Miedema, Ilona Sie Dhian Ho, Tjeerd Top and Alejandro Cabrera Cano.

When will it take place?

OASA24 Strings will take place between 9th-12th July 2024.

OnAlti Summer Academy is a music course for classical musicians who want to receive masterclasses with outstanding teachers and world-class musicians. Lectures, workshops, group lessons, individual masterclasses, group activities and more!

No matter the selected plan, it is guaranteed an intense preparatory program for all participating instruments. An innovative, educative, and fun way to connect music-related activities with the highest quality of the masterclasses.

Accommodation?

We offer accommodation at Berkenrode (where all the activities will take place) for the first 13 students. When these places are full, we recommend staying at close hotels for comfortability.
